PROCESSING

PROCESSING = 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. SHIPPING = 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.

Once processed (3-5 business days), your order is shipped (3-5 business days).

On average orders are received between 6-10 business days

SHIPPING

Order processing time is 3-5 business days, unless stated otherwise. Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), Monday through Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.

*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice. 

REPLACEMENT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days, and we can ship a replacement item to you. Photos of a damaged item/package helps us to improve any shipping issues we may encounter.

RETURNS

All sales are FINAL unless an error occurred on the behalf of Nix Skin Co.

No returns will be provided or discounts will be provided for missed sales.

Due to the nature of Nix Skin Co. products, we are unable to accept returned products.  If there’s an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order.

Each product has a full, in-depth description along with an ingredient list to advice you of best use and assist you in making a well informed purchase. Nix Skin Co. accepts no liability and shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our products. Purchasing our products signifies your acceptance of this statement and releases Nix Skin Co. from all liability. 

MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. Nix Skin Co. does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

*Please keep in mind, we are a SMALL business. All items are hand packaged. Please allow time for your order items to be processed and carefully dispatched.*
